Who we are

This website is run by Bepmpro ("Bepmpro", "we", "us"). Bepmpro is the controller of the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at info@bepmpro.com.

This policy covers this website only. Our products, such as Scrumagic, Wordabulary and Kanvasify, have their own sites and their own policies.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, the request type you choose, an optional subject and your message. We use them to read and answer your inquiry. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not send marketing email to people who only used the form.

When you visit the site our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, the page requested and the time, in server logs. We use this to keep the site secure and working.

Analytics are collected only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy). We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are used. Before you accept, and if you decline, no analytics script or cookie is loaded.

How long we keep it

Inquiries from the contact form are kept for 12 months and are then deleted. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own terms.

Who can see it

Inquiries are visible only to the site administrator, in the administration area and in the notification email sent to info@bepmpro.com. They are never shown on the public site.

We use service providers to run the site: a hosting provider, an email delivery provider and, only with your consent, Google for analytics. They process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@bepmpro.com and tell us what you need. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

This site links to products and sites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
